A Concerned Citizen
Our campaign came to an end in November, and one-party rule has returned to Milford. Although the Republicans control every aspect of City government, all citizens must have a voice in our local governance. I intend to stay involved and to advocate for the causes I supported during the campaign.
I ask you, too, to stay involved. Much hard work remains to be done, and we can do it together.
This website will be an open forum - stay tuned for news and events in the months ahead.
As we enter a new decade, Milford - and Connecticut - will need a new generation of leaders. Now is not the time to sit on the sidelines.
Let's get to work.

Get involved in local decisions
As published in the January 21, 2010 Connecticut Post
It's budget time again here in Milford. As I met our friends and neighbors last summer, time and again they expressed concern about the ways in which our precious tax dollars are spent. Well, now is the time to step up and be heard. At this very moment, our Board of Education is debating how much (or little) we spend on our children's future. Next month, our Board of Alderman will contemplate how many chairs Milford should buy and whether or not to fund our recreation department.
Citizens, now is the time to speak, now is the time to act. Attend the meetings, learn about the issues and get involved. This is your opportunity to have a say. Please don't waste it.
